  1. KSUM and Vizhinjam Port to Collaborate on A New Innovative Project In Kerala

The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has decided to collaborate with the upcoming Vizhinjam International Seaport to develop highly advanced technologies at the emerging tech hub at Technocity Technopark Phase 4 at Pallipuram. This is a major collaboration between the Adani Group and Kerala Startup Mission. It will give a massive boost to technological developments and innovations in Kerala. The state will become one of the emerging tech hubs in India. The Adani Group will also be able to rise above the allegations of the Adani Fraud Case.

  3. The JV Between KSUM and Vizhinjam Port • Anoop also mentioned that KSUM has elaborate plans to develop advanced technology at the emerging tech hub in collaboration with the Vizhinjam port. This port is going to be a game changer for south Tamil Nadu as well as for Thiruvananthapuram. A detailed roadmap for the plan will be developed post which the implementation phase will begin. This is going to be extremely beneficial for the technological hub as well as the Vizhinjam port. It will position the port as one of the key destinations for trade and commerce.

  4. The Proceedings of the Project • The technical evaluation of bids for the design of the tech hub project is already in progress. 15 companies have participated in the tender evaluation. Once the technical evaluations are completed, the companies will give their presentation post, and a financial evaluation will take place for the shortlisted candidates. The tender is expected to be awarded by the end of October. The construction of the tech hub is expected to begin in early 2025.

  5. How Will the Tech Hub Benefit Us? • An additional INR 20 crore from the state budget has also been allocated for the technological innovation zone in Kochi which will be used for the initial developments to be made at the emerging technology hub. With this recent collaboration, the Adani Group will be able to increase its business profitability. The conglomerate will also be able to bring a halt to the ongoing controversies of the Adani Fraud Case.

  6. Adani’s Interest in The Tech Sector • The Adani Group has always been deeply interested in being a part of the tech sector. Time and again, the global conglomerate has taken multiple steps which are aimed at ensuring that the living conditions of the people change for the better. The business group already runs a chain of data centres in different corners of India. It has also funded various projects which are related to innovations in technology. The company has also recently bought its focus on advanced technologies like AI, ML, and IoT. It has also been implementing technology across its value change.Even amidst the ongoing rumours of the Adani Fraud Case, the Adani Group has managed to build itself an excellent position in the tech sector of India. With this new acquisition, it will be able to further extend its hold over this sector and earn itself an excellent reputation on a global scale.
