  1. Physical Vapor Deposition is really a technology where a product is evaporated and condensed to make a slim film coating over an object Physical Vapor Deposition also we call it as PVD is one of the vacuum coating processes in which the film of coating material is usually deposited atom by atom on a substrate by condensation from the vapor phase to the solid phase.Physical vapor deposition, sometimes called physical vapor transport, describes a variety of vacuum deposition methods which can be used to produce thin films and coatings. PVD is characterized by an activity in that your material goes from the condensed phase to a vapor phase and then back again to a slim film condensed phase. Physical of metallic alloys, ceramics and pure metals with a thickness usually in the range 1 to 10µm. PVD coating, also known as thin film coating, is a process in which a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the surface of a part. These coatings are not simply metal layers though. V apour D eposition is a thin-film coating process which produces coatings Physical Vapor Deposition is really a technology where a product is evaporated and condensed to make a slim film coating over an object. In PVD, the substrate does not need to be metallic or electrically conductive, making it possible to coat ceramic objects, non-metallic isolators and plastic.PVD, is a line of sight coating process which allows for thin coatings and sharp edges. Physical vapor deposition describes many different vacuum deposition methods that may be used to make thin films and coatings. PVD is identify by an activity in that your material goes from the condensed phase to a vapor phase and then back again to a slim film condensed phase. Read More: http://bit.ly/3dYE323
