Get your Pennsylvania Real Estate License Online without the Stress Find out how to get a real estate license in PA online. It only takes 4 steps to get your real estate license in PA. Step 1: Complete the 75-hour Pennsylvania pre-license course, which consists of two online courses. The two courses include: ● Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) ● Real Estate Practice (45 hours) Each course concludes with a proctored final exam that you must pass before moving on to the next step. You need a passing grade of at least 70%. Step 2: Schedule and Pass the State Licensing Exam The state licensing exam must be taken in-person at a PSI testing center.
