  1. What is Omega3? It is a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Which is the most important element for the body's membrane. It surrounds the cells inside our body. It is mainly divided into three parts. 1. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)- This is an essential omega-3 fatty acid. It is essential for the development of the human body. Walnuts are the best sources of alpha-linolenic acid. It is also found in vegetable oils such as flaxseed oil, canola oil and soybean oil, as well as in red meat and dairy products. It is mainly known to treat diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Some people use alpha-linolenic acid to prevent cancer. Ironically, alpha-linolenic acid may actually increase the risk of some men getting prostate cancer. You've probably heard a lot about other omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, which are found in fish oil. Be aware that not all omega-3 fatty acids act equally in the body. Alpha-linolenic acid may not have the same benefits as EPA and DHA.

  2. 2. Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA)- It is used to treat hypertriglyceridemia. It is made from the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid. It is found in the flesh of fish, including mackerel, herring, tuna, halibut, salmon, cod liver, whale blubber or seal blubber. EPA is used as a prescription medicine to lower triglyceride levels. Eicosapentaenoic acid is used in combination with RNA and L-arginine after surgery to reduce infection, improve wound healing, and reduce recovery time. It is also used in combination with another fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid, for high blood pressure. 3. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-It is an omega-3 fatty acid. It is essential for brain development during pregnancy and childhood. It also aids in better heart health, vision, and less inflammation. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids are found in cell membranes throughout the body and help transmit messages between nerves. Source: - Omega3 benefits S OF OMEGA 3 EFITS OF OMEGA 3
