  1. What is obesity? In today's time obesity has become a very big disease. This is a problem that is difficult to get rid of so easily. Some people become so prone to obesity that it becomes rare to walk, get up and sit. Obesity is one side of the double burden of malnutrition, and today more people are overweight than underweight in every region except sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Once considered a problem only in high-income countries, overweight and obesity are now increasing dramatically in low- and middle-income countries, especially in urban settings. The vast majority of overweight or obese children live in developing countries, where the rate of increase has been more than 30% compared to developed countries. Along with this, if you are not able to eliminate the daily calories, then it gets stored in the form of fat in the body. Which causes weight gain in the body. Associated diseases with obesity ● Hypertension problem ● problems inside the intestines ● heart disease problem ● mental stress ● problem of diabetes ● high blood pressure ● sleep apnea ● increased cholesterol

It is high in proteins, vitamins and minerals. ● Many people do not have breakfast in order to eat less. Don't do that. Do have breakfast. ● Take buttermilk. This keeps your digestive system fine.
