  1. Yard maintenance and Snow removal with Safeguard Properties The longer a property remains on the market, the more important ​REO property maintenance becomes. Safeguard Properties improves curb appeal, safety, and compliance with yard maintenance and snow removal Safeguard will perform the necessary lawn maintenance to maintain the property’s appearance, prevent further degradation to the grounds and relieve the property of any existing or potential violations of local ordinances. Lawn maintenance includes mowing of the lawn, weeding, edge trimming, sweeping of all paved areas (sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.) and removal of all lawn clippings, related cuttings and incidental debris. The disposal of all clippings and incidental debris is removed in compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Safeguard provides: Grass Cuts: ● Contractors follow FHA regulations, generally cutting grass every two weeks in the season, or according to client instructions and investor guidelines. Shrub Maintenance ● Shrubs are trimmed once per season, and more frequently at the client’s request.

  2. Snow Removal ● Snow accumulation of three inches or higher is removed per investor guidelines, and surfaces are salted to prevent ice build-ups.
