MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION ATTESTATION Memorandum of association is a legal document prepared for every company at the time of formation and registration process of the particular company, where is specifies the objectives for which the company has to be formed. This document is prepared when forming and registering a limited company. Any company has to prepare the memorandum of association, which is also called as the constitution of the company. A company cannot be registered without Memorandum of association. So it can be called as most important document of the company.. Memorandum of association that contains all the legal rules and regulations that governs a company relations with outside countries as well, So for this legal certification or attestation has to be done. To make this legal certificate memorandum of association should contain all the below clauses-
