  2. Introduction to VOIP Cloud PBX Cloud computing has become the latest trend and revolutionized and changed how we used to think about IT systems. It has directly impacted the way we do our business, manage our resources, and greatly improved the workflow. Cloud computing is moving beyond its boundaries as more people are getting used to it and adapting it at their workplaces for various purposes. The next step of evolution in cloud computing is "Cloud PBX." Cloud PBX is a hosted phone system that allows businesses to manage their phone system through the cloud. This means that there is no need for any on-premises equipment, which in turn saves your business time and money. Cloud PBX also offers a variety of features that are customizable to your specific needs, making it a more cost-effective option for businesses of all sizes.

  3. Introduction to VOIP Cloud PBX Cloud PBX is a great solution for businesses that are looking to save money on their phone system and improve their communication. With no need for any on-premises equipment, Cloud PBX is an easy and affordable way to get the features and functionality you need from your phone system. Cloud PBX VoIP is a fully managed Hosted IP PBX service delivered from the Cloud. It is an advanced hosted PBX service that provides a complete unified communications solution for businesses of all sizes. Cloud PBX VoIP provides features and functionality such as extension dialing, voicemail to email, caller ID, conference calling, and more.

  4. The First PBX System • PBX systems were first introduced in the 1960s. PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange, which basically means a phone system that is used in a private branch such as an office or factory. It allows people to use the same set of lines to make calls from multiple phones within the organization. One of the reasons why PBX systems became popular at that time was because it allowed businesses to reduce their phone bills by making calls within the organization. •  The first PBX systems were very basic and did not offer many features or functionality. However, over the years, PBX systems have evolved and become more advanced, offering a wider range of features and capabilities. Today, PBX systems are used by businesses of all sizes to manage their phone calls and improve their communication.

  5. Gaining Momentum & Complexity • In the 1980s, Primary Rate Interfaces (PRI) were introduced and allowed for 23 simultaneous phone calls. This gave businesses the ability to manage many phone calls at the same time. With the growth of the internet in the 1990s, VoIP technology was introduced and allowed for even more phone calls to be made over the internet. This led to the growth of PBX systems and their popularity among businesses. •  In recent years, the use of PBX systems has continued to grow as businesses have started to realize the benefits of using them. In fact, according to a study by PMR Research, 65% of businesses have already started using PBX systems. What is even more interesting is that another survey found that only 32% of business users are satisfied with their current phone system and would like to make changes.

  6. Today’s Cloud-Based PBX Systems • Ultimately, cloud-based PBX systems offer a higher degree of integration, lower costs, and greater flexibility. This provides businesses with the capabilities to manage their phone calls easily by integrating all communication channels in one place. •  The number of businesses using PBX systems is expected to increase even further because cloud-based PBX services are cost-effective, enable feature richness through native cloud services, and provide enterprise-grade features and capabilities.
