Increased Cleaning: All of our Areaworks spaces have gone through a deep, sanitary clean. This deep clean will be supported through rigorous, ongoing cleaning processes which have been put in place. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout our spaces for member use. In addition, all our kitchen and communal spaces. Bathrooms will be cleaned more frequently.
Physical Distancing: We ask all our members and guests to adhere to the 2-metre physical distancing rules throughout our spaces. The number of available seats in our break-out and communal spaces have been reduced and we have restructured our desks to ensure that all desk seats are now 2 metres apart and our hot-desk clients will be provided with a permanent desk space to avoid desk sharing.
Meeting Rooms: We have updated the layout of our meeting rooms to accommodate physical distancing. We have also introduced new procedures regarding booking, ensuring that each room is cleaned after use. Meeting rooms will be stocked with anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser as well.
Signage: We have created and implemented extensive signage throughout our buildings. These provide clear instructions to members, guests and our employees on best practice in terms of physical distancing and hygiene, the availability of hand sanitisers and traffic management.
Traffic Flow: We have implemented one-way traffic flow with dedicated entrances and exits into our buildings, where possible, which have been clearly marked. Article originally published on areaworks.com
