  2. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSME is a Ministry under the Government of India (GoI) for dealing with the development of all the Small Scale Industries (SSI) in India and helping them grow which is very beneficial for our Country’s economy.

An Udyam Registration Certificate is a 16 digit unique number provided to you by the ministry of MSME which means your firm/ company/ enterprise/ business is registered and recognised by the Ministry of MSME by which you can avail all the benefits for your business.   4. Criteria for MSME Udyam Registration

  5.  If you are a Micro enterprise owner then your turnover should not be more than 5 crores & investment should not be more than 1 crore.  If you are a Small enterprise owner then your turnover should not be more than 50 crores & investment should not be more than 10 crores.  If you are a Medium enterprise owner then your turnover should not be more than 250 crores & investment should not be more than 50 crores.
