  1. Extreme Weight Loss Methods People have come up with some pretty extreme diets over the years to lose weight as quickly as possible. It's worth mentioning that these are among the most extreme diets ever recorded. They should not be practiced, and if you want to lose weight, there are many better, healthier, more sustainable, and medically-approved diets to choose from. Extreme diets: The Chemical Diet Only light, non-fried meat, water, eggs, vegetables, and a smidgeon of bread or fruit are allowed on the Chemical Diet. The mixture of foods is supposedly expected to react chemically and burn fat. It's also been touted as a way to lower blood sugar levels and help with long-term blood sugar management. However, it is difficult to maintain this fad diet in the long run, and there is no proof that it works. It is not nutritionally balanced, and these foods, in any combination, are unlikely to have sufficient calories to get you through the day. Extreme diets: The Bulletproof Coffee Diet The Bulletproof Coffee Diet is more of a supplement than a complete diet in and of itself. Bulletproof coffee is a breakfast substitute made with a regular filter coffee, one to two tablespoons of oil, and one to two tablespoons of unsalted butter. Bulletproof Coffee, according to the website, is compatible with a variety of diets, including paleo, low-carb, and ketogenic diets, as well as intermittent fasting and

  2. One Meal a Day diets. It's an "energizing, protein coffee drink," rather than "your average latte." It's not bad as far as severe diets go, but we're not sure how many people would want to drink their morning coffee with a glob of butter and a few dashes of oil. Extreme diets: The Raw Food Diet Although there are many health benefits of consuming raw fruits and vegetables, and many medically approved diets recommend doing so, it is usually mixed with other foods. The Raw Food Diet recommends eating unprocessed and uncooked foods such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, seaweed, and filtered water. However, no more than 75% of food can be cooked above 116°C. Check weight loss tips at NewsRonic.
