What is great about it is that, when you read a document, and leave it on a certain spot, the app will remember where you left off, which is great for e-reading books. It's just the constant forced watching of adds that really hurts this one. Its good offline, but avoid if you're connected. We'd love to hear more about this issue in order to assist you. Using the file manager to locate an MS Word document, this app falsely claims the folder is empty, when it's not. One of its features is to play loud idiot music ads, timed to get maximum annoyance from the noise. Thank you! I can't say that it works or not, since it failed to find a document. It did fix my issue of my phone not opening docs, but I ended up uninstalling this because it would format my documents terribly & even print it out that way. Font was off & inconsistent & it wouldn't pick up on spacing properly. I ended up just installing MS Word, Excel & PDF apps separately & it is SEAMLESS. I also hated getting ads every single time I used it....though, you could close them right away, so I added a star.
