To fix this issue, the user should uninstall their antivirus and switch to reliable Webroot antivirus through www.webroot.com/safe. In this blog, you will read the method to fix if there is Problem with Website Security Certificate. Method To Fix if There is Problem with Website Security Certificate: 1. Check your Antivirus: Sometimes, the users face this issue because of the antivirus installed in their PC as it interferes with the web browser and results in this error. To fix this issue, you should change the antivirus setting. But if this does not fix the issue, you should uninstall it, then check if the issue is there or not. Here, you should check the Issued by section just to confirm that certificate was signed by actual security company. 4. Disable Warning about Certificate Address Mismatch Option: The customer should tap on Windows Key + S together and then input Internet Options. After this, you should choose Internet Options from the menu. Now, go to Advanced tab and just scroll down to Security section. At this point, you should find the option Warn about certificate address mismatch and then uncheck it. At the end, you should tap on Apply and OK option and then just restart your computer system. 5. Disable TLS Options: For this, you should open Internet Options and then go to the Advanced tab. After this, you should find Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 features and then just uncheck them. Here, you should hit on Apply and OK option to save the changes.
