  1. Travel Guide to the Udaipur by taxi: 4 lakes to visit in and around Udaipur Udaipur is a city of water and lakes. There are approximately 4 lakes in Udaipur and it is said that the City of Lakes has 365 temples in homer of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. It has lot to offer to the travellers who visit this place, from natural landscapes to various historical sites, where one can enjoy boat rides or push their limits while scuba diving. You can visit all places by booking a taxi in Udaipur LAKE PICHOLA Lake Pichola is an artificial lake located within the city of Udaipur in the Indian province of Rajasthan. It was built by Maharana Udai Singh in 1559 AD as a fresh water source for the city. The lake is named after a local deity Picholi Devi who was worshipped by Maharana Udai Singh. The lake is rectangular in shape and is enclosed by embankments with gardens. The average depth of the lake is 10 feet (3 meters) and the maximum depth is 25 feet (7.6 meters). LAKE FATEHSAGAR Lake Fatehsagar is a man-made lake built in the 16th Century, back in 1562, by Rajput King Maharana Fateh Singh. While the lower level of the lake is filled with rain-fed water, the upper part of it gets filled with what’s known as “sweet water” that flows down from small streams from the hills. So all in all, it makes for a beautiful urban escape that’s perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life in Udaipur. JAISAMAND LAKE Jaisamand Lake is located amidst the beautiful Aravali ranges, and it is at a distance of 60 kilometers from Udaipur. The lake is surrounded by green mountains and thick forests, with the backdrop of the Himalayan summits. The other famous feature of Jaisamand Lake are the two islands in the middle of this charming body of water. The topography of this lake is such that no matter where you go you

  2. will be able to see the beautiful Aravali ranges. The delightful property has proved to be a popular picnic spot for tourists who enjoy boating as well as trekking around the lake. BADI LAKE Badi Lake is a favorite destination of mine for those who want to escape the bustle of the city and unwind, but the charm of this lake is yet to be discovered by many who live in Udaipur. Although it’s an extremely simple destination with no real travel amenities, Badi Lake boasts beautiful views and is a great location to spot birds. If you want to explore all this lakes in a day then check out Udaipur taxi service they provide best Sightseeing Taxi in Udaipur.
