  3. Day 1 : Eat many fruits Day 2: Eat vegetables Day 3: Eat fruits & vegetables Day 4 : A bowl of vegetable soup Day 5 : Eat chicken and fish Day 6: Eat brown rice Day 7: Green vegetables 7 Day Diet Plan For Weight Loss

  4. DAY 1 • Eat many fruits as you like watermelon, cantaloupe and • berries recommended • Drink 8-11 glass of water every day • Stay away from banana on a day

  5. Day 2 • Eat vegetables • Use olive oil in little quantity(don’t deep fry) • Water 8to12 glass in a day

  6. Day 3 • Eat fruits and vegetables • Avoid banana and potatoes • Water 8 to12 glass

  7. Day 4 • 4 small banana, 2 glass skim milk banana is a superfood for energy level • You can take a bowl of vegetable soup

  8. Day 5 • You take brown rice • Non-vegetarian can eat chicken and fish (boil or grill) • Vegetarian can take tofu and cottage cheese • Keep hydrated yourself with water
