11.TRANSPORTAION IN ANIMAL AND PLANTS In human beings food, water, and oxygen transport to all parts of the body and waste substance are also transport to all parts of the body to be remove from the body this is done by circulatory system. It is consist of heart, blood, and blood vessel.
1.Blood Blood transport substance in the body. It has a fluid part called (RBC) RED BLOOD CELL,(WBC) White blood cell, plasma, and platelets. Red blood cell : Red blood cell contain a red pigment called hemoglobin which transport oxygen to all parts of the body. White blood cell : White blood cell fights against germs that enter in our body and protect us from disease. Platelets : Platelets helps in clothing of food.
2.Blood vessel There are three types of blood vessel. They are artiries, viensand capillaries. Arteries : It carry oxygen rich blood from the heart to all the parts of the body. They have a thick wall. Veins : It carry carbon dioxide rich blood to the heart. They have a thick wall. Capillaries : Capillaries are very thin blood to the heart. They have
3. Heart The heart is an organ which pump blood to all the p[arts o the body. The heart is about the size of our fist. The heart has four chamber two upper chamber and two lower chamber. The two upper chamber are called atrium and two lower chamber are called ventricle. The heart has a portion in the middle that prevent the nixing up of carbon dioxide and oxygen rich blood. The wall of the heart are made up of muscle. Those muscle content and relax rhythmically producing heart beat if we place our hand on the left side of the chest. The humans bests about 70-80 times per minute.
Excretion in animals Excretion is the process in which substance are remove from the body. Excretion is done by excretory system. The human excretory system consists of kidneys, ureter, urinary bladder and urethra. The blood brings the waste products to the kidneys. The kidneys. The kidneys fiter the wastes as urine. The urine passes through the ureters into the urinary bladder. From the urinary bladder the urine passes out through the urethra.
Transportation in plants In plants transportation is done by a special type of tissue called vascular tissue. Tissue : Tissue is a group of cells which performs a specilised function. Vascular tissue is two types called xylem and phloem. Xylem : The roots have root hair which absorb water and minerals from the soil. The xylem tissue transport the water to all parts of the plant. Phloem : Food is prepared in leaf of the plants. The phloem tissue transport the food to all parts of the plants.
