  5. SMD: ISPT EVT* FY11-12 Funding *Note: EVT was formally Aerocapture/MMEEV line item within ISPT. Currently planned to continue for PPBE horizon. +Note: Funding in FY11 reflects Full Cost, in FY12 is non-labor dollars only. Contractor support is approximately 1.5 WYE/yr.
