  4. Measure requested by Small/Rural subcommittee and awarded to SBW in 2013 Small/Rural Subcommittee participation Background

  5. Overall measure count • Intent of developing under SRR work plan was to ease barriers to implementation • Multiple measure variants may cause implementation issues • Currently over 170 measures for Schools Wx Staff Highlighted Areas

  6. Review the following sections on the “Summary” tab of the proposed measure workbook: • Energy Savings Estimation Method, Parameters and Data Sources Measure UES Analysis and Results

  7. RTF staff recommendation on the UES estimate: • Savings methodology and use of an un-calibrated DOE2 model is acceptable for a small saver measure • No significant measure interactions expected, therefore no need to run sensitivity analysis as per new Guidelines • Number of measure identifiers is large, however care has been taken to group measures when possible RTF Staff Recommendations
