Important Dates: • Mar. 12 Secondary Pre-prints due (Course & Section) • Mar. 15 CBT testing schedule due • Mar. 22 Student Logs sent to schools • Mar. 23 CRT training at CAB • Ele. 8-10am; Sec. 10:30-12:30pm • Mar. 31 Student rosters need to be verified for accuracy • (including accommodations codes withdrawn students, etc.)

Important Dates: • Mar. 15 – Apr. 9 CBT Practice Session available • Apr. 7-9 Schools receive CRT Paper-based testing (PBT) materials • Apr. 19-May 21 Core CRT Testing window • May 24-27 Student Logs, Accountability Logs, CRT paper-based & CBT returns • TESTING NOTICE-www.canyonsdistrict.org • June. 1 Paper-based testing materials ready for pick up by district drivers.

  5. DAS – Data Administration System • Web Application: requires a login • School Testing Admin & Proctor Accounts (*same person) • Manage student and staff accounts • Create student login tickets for testing sessions • Monitor test progress • Generate reports iTest Components

  6. PTW – Proctor Test Workstation: • Secure login required • Web application for administering tests to students • Start, pause and end test sessions • Monitor student progress • End test sessions and submit selected student results for scoring iTest Cont.

  7. STW – Student Test Workstation: • Web application for accessing test content • Students answer questions using mouse and/or keyboard • Virtual tools such as rulers and reference sheets • Secure application; other programs cannot be accessed iTest Cont.

  8. Mathematics tools • Navigation tools • Flags • Test Map and Test Map Key • Test appearance • Answer automatically saved when student selects the NEXT button. iTest Cont.

  10. Assign Proctor Test Sessions Log into the MP website &click “Go to Training DAS Site” Type USERNAME & PASSWORD Click “Manage”& then “Staff Accounts” Choose“School”from the drop down

  11. To Add/Modify Staff Enter proctor name, user name, password (6 letters/numbers), email (use yours) Click “Tests” button& choose the tests they can proctor Click “Groups”& choose the groups they can proctor Select the “Role” as Proctor from the drop down arrow

  12. To Edit a Staff Member Click “Edit” (it will change to Update/Cancel) Click “Groups Button” Select the Groups you want to assign or change to the Proctor Check or uncheck You can change any info here except the username When you are done click “Update” to your left

  13. Manage Student Data Reporting Groups Select “Manage” then “Student List” Select “Grade” on your right To Filter click icon To add select “Add Student”

  14. Add New Student/Test/Accommodations Click on Add Student, add information, then click “Validate Student.” Assign Testing Session, Test Name, Reporting group, Participation Status &Accom. for student in each subject. Click “CLOSE” at the bottom

  15. Adjust Student’s Participation Click “View” next to student’s name & then “Edit” by Testing Session enter changes Click “Update” and at the bottom of the page

  16. Manage Groups Click “Manage” and then “Reporting Groups.” To add group, edit alternate name, move students, or print tickets

  17. How to Print Log-In Tickets On the Navigation Bar, click on “Reporting” then “Monitor Test Progress” Select a “School” in the drop down Go to “Test” and choose the appropriate test

  18. 4. Choose one group from the “Group” drop-down list Choose Progress or Receipt Choose report type PDF, Excel, etc. Choose 1 or 4 Click “Red Ticket”

  19. 6. Print Tickets click “Red Ticket Button” (1 or 4 per pg).

  20. Proctor Workstation: Starting Test 2. Type in your assigned “User Name” and selected “Password” then click, “Login” 1. Select the “Proctor a Training Test” Button

  21. 3. Choose the appropriate test from the “Test Available for Starting a New Session” screen. 4. Note “Test Access Code.” This is the portal that allows the students to test. Write the code on the board. Choose “General Directions” then the “Go”Button.

  22. STUDENT1. At the Student Workstation, Login use the information from your student ticket, and click the “Login” Button.http://students.utah.measuredprogress.org 2. Then enter “Test Access Code” on the board, and click “Start Test” button. 3. You will then be guided through the test by your Teacher.When finished with the test,select “Complete” then “Close.”

  23. Teacher All sections Teacher: From TAM (Teacher Administration Manual), read directions aloud as students follow along on screen. When finished, advise the Proctor that you are ready to proceed. Proctor:Move to “Section 1,” then click the “Go” button. Teacher: Conduct test, advising theProctors when students have finished their tests.Proctor: Monitor student progress on the right side of the Proctor screen.

  24. Use “Pause Test” button in case of emergency i.e., fire drill. There is 20 min. window from the time you hit “Pause Test” button.

  25. When students have completed Section 1, click “Section 2” in the test Navigation Window, then click “Go.” All sections When students have completed all sections of the test, click “End Session” button.

  26. Click “Test Session Comments” window for reporting. Click “End Session” then the “Confirmation Window” will appear. Click “OK”

  27. The “Scoring Submission Receipt” window will open. For live sessions, please printthese receipts and staple them to the CBT Testing Logs. Click on “Test Selection”. This goes back to“Test Selection” Screen. Repeat the process to do additional tests or when finished, click “Logout”.
