1793- The Proclamation of neutrality • Designed to keep America out of further wars • Washington believed if they got involved in the European war it could mean destruction to the U.S through division or bringing the war to American shores.
1794-whiskey rebelllion A group of farmers made attacks agianstexicetaxers Washington layed the matter in front of a Justice of Supreme Court In Septemer of that year Washington issued a proclamation ordering the militia to assemle a march and stop the Rebellion
