Criticism or Spreading Blame Almost Always Causes People to Cover Up Mistakes I would also add -- Make More Mistakes Those Who Have Received Harsh Criticism are Less Likely to be Creative I would also add – Less Productive, More Confrontational and/or Less Likely to Contribute
