  7. Value Proposition • Identify ONLY three key value propositions • Note: • The idea of this slide is to come out of scientific thought process to a business point of view. The innovator/Incubatee is expected to answer why should the customer choose his/her product. What value the customer gains? When is the Return of Investment (ROI) • Better to put three pictures and key numbers/percentage to prove the value to the customer Title of project 7

Thorough study is necessary to give some charts or numbers cited from latest reports/journals 2. It is not advised to choose a segment with only 10 customers in the entire world as the risk of failure is high 3. You can have the entire world as your market but understand that you are small, you have limited resource and all odd’s against you.
