Brief Foam Block Management Process • The foaming schedule gets generated depending upon the block re - order level. • If a unit does not foam then the foaming request will automatically get converted to a purchase order. • Foaming execution is carried out on the basis of foaming schedule. • Lab testing is done before the material is consumed. • Block inventory is available density , color, size and grade • wise. • In-depth analysis of all execution plan to account for the raw • material consumption . 5.
