The Pilot will….. • Help us to develop appropriate support options to achieve this aim • Help us to engage with all key stakeholders to positively address the opportunities offered by Self Directed Support • Help us to ensure the necessary systems and structures are in place to ensure that Personal Budgets are available to all service users

  9. So…… • This is the next stage on the journey • There will be challenges • There will be setbacks Sad & Happy Times
