  8. Regalia (cont.) • When to wear regalia: • Candlelight Ceremony (cap & gown, no hood) • All Sunday events (complete regalia) • Regalia is NOT worn for: • Baccalaureate Service (Saturday morning) • Alumni Induction Ceremony (Saturday afternoon)

  9. Registration & Tickets • Registration is REQUIRED if: • You plan to walk in the main ceremony OR • You want guest tickets (i.e. to give to friends) • Each registered graduate may request up to four (4) guest tickets. • Registration window: February 18-March 18

Registration & Tickets (cont.) • Ticket distribution: April 25-27 (Last names A-M) May 2-4 (Last names N-Z) 10:30am-5:30pm Campus Center 219 • Only you can pick up your own tickets • Photo ID required • You get tickets only ONCE per degree. • Tickets for the wheelchair section are part of your regular ticket allotment.

Disability Services • Vehicle Access Pass: • Required to drop guests off at the ramp entrance • This is not a handicapped parking permit! • Deadline to request = April 8 • Wheelchair Seating: • Floor level • One additional person may accompany each person in a wheelchair • Special tickets required (available on request). • Deadline to request = April 8 Seating plan

Disability Services (cont.) • Low-Mobility Seating: • 3-10 small steps up from the floor • First-come, first-served • No special tickets required • One additional person may accompany each low-mobility guest • American Sign Language Section: • First-come, first-served • No special tickets required • Also available at department ceremony upon request (two weeks prior) Seating plan

  13. Getting Around/Parking • Traffic gets very heavy by 9:30 on Sunday. Expect delays! • Once parking lots around W&M Hall are full, all traffic will be directed to the parking deck on Ukrop Way. • If possible, park somewhere near your departmental ceremony and walk to W&M Hall.

  14. Info During the Weekend • The Student Affairs Office (Campus Center 219) will be staffed during the day on Saturday. • Calls to the Student Affairs Office will be directed to an info center in W&M Hall on Sunday. Staff will be at the info center to answer questions. • Special Events Info Line: 757-221-3868
