  4. What you Can Expect from OSD • An opportunity to gain experience with high capacity event • Develop customer service skills • Support from OSD Staff, Security and Commencement Committee • Free ticket to commencement • $$$

  5. What it means to be on #TEAMOSD Be on time! • Friday shifts begin at 1:30pm, 3:30pm and 5pm • Saturday shifts begin at 6am and 9am

  9. Shifts Friday • Awards Convocation (1:30pm – 3:30pm) • Quad Cleanup (3:30pm – 5:30pm) • Event Usher (5:30pm-7:30pm) Saturday • Pre-commencement prep (6:30am – 9:30am) • Commencement (9am–12pm)

  10. Positions Friday: • Front Gate • Awards Convocation check-in • Event usher • Quad cleaner Saturday: • Parking • Front Gate • Shuttle • Seating Usher • Crowd Control Usher • Whitten Center Reception

  11. Dress Code • Friday • First shift: • Dressy Casual • Second shift • Casual • Comfortable shoes • Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty • Saturday • White collared shirt • Black pants • Comfortable shoes

  12. Getting Paid Each shift pays You must complete a Status Advice Form Checks should be available the pay period following commencement You can earn up to $110
