How to ask questions • Ask questions: Best questions are open-ended, non-judgmental questions. • Best questions: “Can you tell me more about…?” • Bad questions: Those designed to discount, humiliate or embarrass the other person. • Avoid ineffective questions: they are harmless but do not provide information.
