  1. University Outreach and Extension Program Logic Model for Stage One 2002 Framework for Program Implementation Use the Program Logic Model PowerPoint presentation. Handouts havebeen developed. This will take about 1.5 hours for the presentation. The presenter needs to plan time to discuss what this means related to program implementation. Supply handouts for faculty and staff. Inputs 1. Integrate use of the program logic model across all of UO/E. 2. Offer PIEs to educate faculty on use of the program logic model. 3. SPDs will assist PLs and RDs in development of models for use in regions. Activities Outputs ShortLearning 1. UO/E faculty and regional directors understand the logic model. 1. Program leaders and regional directors coach and support faculty use of the program logic model 2. Regional directors work with regional faculty/staff and CPDs to align individual faculty performance expectations with UO/E 21st Century Strategic Direction outcomes and high priority named programs. 3. The CPDs and County Extension Councils will apply the program logic model in reviewing the county plans. These plans will be in congruence with the UO/E 21st Century Strategic Direction. 4. UO/E faculty use the program logic model in daily programming that is aligned with UO/E 21st Century Strategic Direction. Outcomes - Impact MediumAction 1.
