  2. 咖啡製作-Syphon咖啡 材料:咖啡粉、水、方糖 器具:Syphon咖啡壺、木調棒、酒精燈、打火機、杯皿、計時器 做法:(可先將濾布用熱水煮過)將Syphon下球裝水至水位(切記要擦乾),酒精燈點火放置下球下方後,小冒泡放入上座,水跑至上座時倒入咖啡粉(攪拌),約20秒攪拌一次,一分鐘內需攪拌三次後,酒精燈離開下球後蓋上熄滅,等待咖啡下降至下球後,拿起上座,將熱咖啡倒出杯皿中即完成。 亦可放置底盤及湯匙(湯匙放置方糖),變身[皇家熱咖啡]

  3. 咖啡製作-滴漏咖啡 材料:咖啡粉、水、方糖 器具:沖壺、濾紙、濾杯、杯皿 做法:沖壺內裝熱水,濾杯放置杯皿上,濾杯內放入濾紙倒入咖啡粉後,以沖壺沖入熱水,滴漏完即可。 亦可在熱咖啡上擠入泡沫鮮奶油,變身 [維也納咖啡]

  5. 實作心得 好久沒煮過Syphon了,都覺得有點生疏,而且是用酒精燈煮的,超懷念的。真的每個地方每個人的教法都不太一樣呢! 手沖咖啡,沖壺太大有點不太習慣,水量不好控制,所以就馬馬虎虎的完成了今天的成品。
