Company Registration Procedure 3 – 10 days maximum SRC - juridical assistance; verifying persons identity; - verifying if the founders have registered other companies that do not activate and were not liquidated, according to the legal requirements or that have debts towards the National State Budget; - verifying the company name; terminological approval of the company name; - attribution of the Statistics Codes; attribution of the Fiscal Code;- concluding the documents; issue of certificate for opening a temporary bank account in banking institutions; - receiving orders for stamp manufacturing; - paying required fees (at the SRC) SRC Founders come to State Registrar on the date and hour stipulated for authentication of constitutive acts, issuing the Registration Certificate (taking at fiscal evidence),of constitutive acts and company stamp. VI According to data of State Register of Enterprises and Organizations in the Year 2004 there were registered 7030 enterprises, including: 2169- individual companies; 4322- limited liability companies; 59- joint stock companies 103 - co-operatives; 15- state companies; 37- municipal companies; 26- unions, associations; 261- branches, representations; 38 - others.
