Strengths include commitment to maintaining relevancy and keeping up-to-date in regulatory compliance and reimbursement changes governing all aspects of the hospital revenue cycle. Excellent organizational skills; highly motivated; well developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage audiences in constructive listening during speaking engagements and presentations.   5. Speakers Bio Virginia Bailey RN, CCDS Qualification Summary: Currently serving as President of the Florida Chapter ACDIS for the 2010-2011 year. Previous to that she served as Vice President for the 2009-2010 Year. She was responsible for the Yearly Member survey giving results at the last ACDIS Chapter Meeting. Virginia is a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist, taking and passing the CCDS Exam in the Spring of 2010. She was on the Planning Committee for the 4th Annual ACDIS National Conference in Orlando in April of 2011 and the committee for the Physician Query Benchmarking Report compiled by Melissa Varnavas, Associate Director of ACDIS. Current: Morton Plant Mease Hospital • RAC Denials Coordinator • Ms. Bailey is an original team member of the Clinical Documentation Department which began in June of 2007 at Morton Plant Mease Hospitals. • She is the Clinical Documentation Specialist for Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey, Florida where she is involved in assisting and training the Physicians and the Nursing staff on proper Documentation Processes and Procedures. She also sits on the Critical Care Committee, Length of Stay Task Force and the Clinical Outcomes/Utilization Review Task Force.
