Variable Funding • Direct to Hospitals - $15,000 each ($225,000) • May be re-directed within each hospital system • Hospital-specific Initiatives • Regional Initiatives ($1,111,675) • Pharmaceutical Cache • Training • Bulk Purchases (PPE, RACES, etc.) • Regional Preparedness (Developing surge capacity, etc.) • Demonstrated Hospital Needs (beyond the $15,000)
