Agenda 10.00am Introduction and Welcome of new members 10.05am Approval of minutes and actions from previous meetings MF/ALL 10.10am Review of Q1 2005 MF  10.20am VoltiBULLETIN Jan, Feb & March 2005 – Analysis of how each newsletter has performed and which articles have been most successful (MF) ·Comments and views of the committee on how and where we can do better 11.00am Expert Question Process ·Paul Harwood will present the 90 questions forwarded to the experts since 1 Jan 2005. We will ask experts to comment on how they have handled these questions in their organisations. (PH will forward the list of questions in advance of the meeting.) Presentation of improved process for dealing with questions 12.00noonImproved CPD area ·FL will present the improved CPD area with the content received to date from the manufacturers Please ensure that any outstanding information promoting CPD modules have been forwarded by Tuesday.) 12.30 Views of the committee on a possible ‘Voltimum on-line installation guide’ • AOB A light lunch will be served and it is hoped that everything will be completed by 2.00pm.

Registrations: grew from 25,000 in Jan 2005 – 28,000 in March 2005 Page views: almost 200,000 /month compared with 70k /month in 04 Page views per login grew from 7 pages to 13 pages Avg. ‘Unsubscribe Rate’ consistently less than 0.2% since Jan. Opt Out Rate at Registration which grew to a high of 43% - solved in Jan 05, now less than 2% per month. However, Need to work on recurrent users Highlights & Lowlights of Q1 2005

AC Electrical have asked to join Improved BOM process Update of wholesaler directory Voltimum Monthly wholesaler actions with manufacturers Other important developments Launch of M&E Event (CMP) Sponsorship of NICEIC 50th Anniversary in 2006 agreed New Leader of the UK Country Ctte – David Schofield MD OSRAM takes over from Martyn Coffey Pirelli.
