  12. Extracurricular Activities • There is life outside of soccer • Players are encouraged to be well rounded • Communicate with your coach • Single instances are fine, trends will be addressed Club Soccer Policies

  15. 10,000 hours of reps for Elite level mastery • 2 training sessions + 1 game = 6 hours/week • 6 hrs/week X 50 weeks = 300 hours/year • 300 hours/year X 10 years = 3000 hours • 3 training sessions + 2 games = 10 hours/week • 10 hrs/week X 50 weeks = 500 hours/year • 500 hours/year X 10 years = 5000 hours • It’s up to each player to seek the extra hours Development at Home
