  1. ALL HORSES/PONIES IN TEAMS ENTERED FOR THE BRC QUALIFIERS MUST HAVE A VACCINATION RECORD COMPLYING WITH BRC RULES. COPIES TO BE GIVEN TO THE SECRETARY ON THE DAY OF THE COMPETITION BY THE TEAM MANAGER. THE CERTIFICATES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND PLACED QUALIFYING TEAMS WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE THE PRIZE GIVING. ANY INCORRECT CERTIFICATES WILL RESULT IN TEAM DISQUALIFICATION. NO RESPONSIBILITY CAN BE TAKEN BY SOUTH WESTERN DRESSAGE GROUP, THE LANDOWNERS OR THOSE ASSISTING WITH THE EVENT, FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR DAMAGE TO COMPETITORS, SPECTATORS, THEIR HORSES OR PROPERTY. BRC health and safety guidelines apply at all times. For these to be effective, competitors and spectators are required to take due care at all times and to obey any notices or requests made by official stewards in the interests of their own and others safety. Competitors are requested not to leave litter or muck out horse boxes in the box park. DIRECTIONS : HIGHER PURTINGTON SHOW FIELD is between Chard and Crewkerne, just off the A30. take the turning signed Waytown and Winsham, then a few 100 yds turn right into the showground, opp. Hill Diary sign. DO NOT USE SAT NAV. It will be signed off the A30. Stabling available £10 per night. £5 per day. extra shavings can be bought at £6 per bale. Entry Fees: Dressage - £12 per individual, £48 per Team. Pairs - £20. Entries will not be accepted without the correct entry fees & first aid cover. Cheques should be made payable to: SWDG Declarations should be sent by email to the Secretary by 8pm on Wednesday 2nd July. Only simple changes to teams will be permitted after that date (ie horse/rider replacing existing position in a team), at a charge of £10 per change. Paper declarations to be handed to the Secretary on the day before the 1st team members jumping / test time.
