  1. Here’s What to Do: • Find a picture of yourself & open it in PhotoShop. • Change it to Grayscale. • Flip it upside down. • Begin drawing.

  2. What? • Your Portrait page should show more about you than just your picture and a row of buttons. • Wait… I’m too "cool" for this. • Or maybe you’re saying “I just don't want that on my portrait.“ • Or you’re afraid you’ll look silly.

  3. Hey, everybody can draw! Use this upside-down technique to help you!

  4. If it absolutely doesn’t work out with the portrait thing and you can provide a BETTER solution, we’ll talk… • Meanwhile, Here’s What to Do: • Find a picture of yourself & open it in PhotoShop.

  5. Change it to Grayscale Go to: Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. Flip it upside down. Go to: Image > Rotate Canvas > 180

  6. Why does this work? Drawing upside-down sounds crazy, right? But try it and you’ll be surprised how realistic your drawing looks, even if you “can’t draw.” You’ll be drawing what you see rather than what you think something should look like.
