  4. Repent • Jonah 2:1 • Then Jonah prayed to the Lord his God from the belly of the fish

  5. Remember • Jonah 2:7 - When my life was fainting away, I remembered the Lord, and my prayer came to you, into your holy temple. • Lamentations 3:22-24 • 22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; 23they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. 24“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”

Psalm 51:1-4 • Have mercy on me,O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. 2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!
