  2. Spring Quarter Students • What to do with students who accumulate hours but do not have enough hours to post-test at the end of spring quarter? • Submit a request for exception form in WABERS+

  3. Summer Quarter Students (cont.) • What to do with students who post-tested during spring quarter, but have a few hours after post-testing and need those hours added to summer quarter hours to attain at least 45 hours? • Use the rollover form and post-test at the end of summer quarter.

Summer Quarter Students cont. • At the end of summer quarter, if the student was not post-tested in spring quarter and does not have enough summer hours to be post-tested…. • If a valid reason and evidence of a gain exists, submit a request for exception form in WABERS+ • Look at the intensity of your program

  6. Fall Quarter Students • What to do with students who do not have enough hours to test at the end of spring quarter, do not have hours or test in summer quarter, and enroll in fall quarter? • If the student’s pre-test did not pull forward from the previous year, administer a pre-test for the new program year.

  7. Remember • Hours can only rollover between spring and summer quarters. • Previous winter quarter hours cannot be counted in new program year. (PY13) • Future fall quarter hours do not count for rollover hours. (PY14)
