  4. Goal of the 2012 game This year robots become pirates. They participate to a treasury hunt. Their aim: collect as many coins and bullions as possible. Hereis the game area thatyouwaited for ! 4 Eurobot 2012

  6. Actions Like all good pirates, this year robots must collect as many coins as possible in order to fill their treasure chest at its maximum. To do so, they will be able to accomplish the following actions: • Treasury map: Robots must discover the treasury map. • Treasure island: Every robot should bring back maximum coins and bullions in its ship. • Bottles in the sea: Robots should unroll messages thrown by other ships through bottles in the sea. 6 Eurobot 2012

Treasure on the island Action / Constraints Action - Put completely inside your ship as many bullions and coins as possible. - Throughout the match: opportunity to capture bullions and coins in competitor’s ship. Constraints - Maximum 4 coins and 1 bullion in the captain’s bedroom. • Stealing elements in the competitor captain’s bedroom is forbidden. Scoring: 3 coins/bullions - 1 coin/white coin - 0 coin/black coin. 10 Eurobot 2012

  13. Project presentation • Each team must propose a presentation of its team members and its robot(s), at least thanks to a board (poster). Any other idea for the support of this presentation will be welcomed. • A jury will award a special price for the best presentation. Winning board at the Eurobot Junior 2011 finale 13 Eurobot 2012
