Internet2 Medical Plan • Through Care First Blue Cross-Blue Shield • Originated in Wash, DC; in-network around the country • Eligible 1st of Month following hire date • $0 out-of-paycheck In-Network: $0 deductible $10 Office Co-Pay No Lifetime Maximum Well-child: no charge Out-of-Network: $300/$600 deductible Out-of-Pocket Max $2000 - $4000 20% Office Visit – Plan Allowance No Lifetime Maximum Biggest concerns: Out-of-state claims processing and comparable U-M benefits
