  2. 測量的單位 • 公制(Metric system) • 基本的長度、容積和質量單位為:公尺、公升和公斤(主要優點:10進位) • 國際單位(SI units) • 為了制定測量能量、力、功和動力等標準化名詞,而發展出一個共通的術語系統,稱為國際單位 • 能量(Energy) → 焦耳(J) • 力(Force) → 牛頓(N) • 功(Work) → 焦耳(J) • 動力(Power) → 瓦特(W)

  3. 舉起5公斤之重物,移動2公尺 功 = 5 kg x 2 m 功 = 10 kgm 動力 60秒完成2,000 kgm的功 動力 = 2,000 kgm  60 s 動力 = 33.3 kgm•s-1 功(Work)和動力(Power)的定義 動力 = 功  時間 功 = 力 x 距離

  5. 功和動力的測量 • 登階(Bench step) • 功 = 體重 (kg) x 距離•step-1 x steps•min-1 x minutes • 動力 = 功  時間(minutes) • 例:體重70kg、頻率:每分鐘30次、階高50公分 • (0.5m)、持續時間10分鐘 • 功 = 70(kg) x 0.5(m) x 30 (steps•min-1) x 10min • = 10,500 kpm • 動力 = 10,500 kpm 10min = 1,050 kpm/min

  6. 功和動力的測量 • 腳踏車測功計(Cycle ergometer) • 功 = 阻力 (kp) x 轉速•min-1 x 踏板每轉之距離 (m) x minutes • 例:飛輪阻力1.5kp、迴轉數60 rpm 、踏板每轉之距離6m、持續時間10分鐘 • 功 = 1.5(kp) x 60(rpm) x 6 (m) x 10min = 5,400 kpm • 動力 = 5,400 kpm 10min = 540 kpm/min
