  1. Stand Up! Pay it forward week

  2. Wednesday: Positive Comment Day • Today we want to flood the school with positive comments. There will be signs and announcements encouraging students to give as many positive comments a possible. Lets all make as many positive comments as possible Wednesday!

  3. Thursday: Heart Attack! • On Thursday, we will have given your school a heart attack! There will be a heart on each of your lockers, and the objective is to go to go around and write something nice on someone else’s colorful heart. • Please, no mean comments! Don’t ruin the fun for everyone! (:

  4. Friday: Start the Pay It Forward Project • Each student will be asked to find three people to write a nice note to and/or to do something kind for that person. Once you receive a note or receive a kind act you will then be encouraged to continue to “Pay It Forward” moving forward or the rest of the year.

  5. Pay It Forward Continues from this point forward

  6. Good Deed Box • We will be placing the “Good Deed Box” in the counseling window, and will be used for students to recognize other students that were observed doing a good deed. If you see someone making a kind gesture, write down the students name what friendly act they performed. We will then celebrate those students with a prize.

  7. Star Minutemen! • Starting On March 6th, your school will be watching for the Star Minutemen at games. At the end of each month, 2 girls and 2 boys that have the best school spirit will be awarded a “Minutemen M.” This Minutemen M is a wooden M that will be awarded to these students, and will be decorated to suit their personalities. This new tradition will carry on throughout the year. Time for some Bell pride!
