Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) • Are all suppliers required to complete an RFD? • Suppliers selected to participate in a Sourcing event, those being considered to convert to Cooperative Billing and/or the RDC must complete an RFD. • Can I change or delete information in my RFD that is incorrect? • We ask that you not delete or change information in the RFD. We have provided correction and comment columns for suppliers to enter any information that requires a change.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) • If a supplier has already completed an RFD in the past, why does Sysco require the supplier to complete another RFD? • Depending upon the timeframe of the previous RFD (1 year or longer), Sysco may request an update to your RFD to capture new products and attributes, ship point locations, contact names, or other information that may require updating. • Can we delete the items on the RFD that do not belong to our company? • Please DO NOT delete any information, rows, or columns on the RFD. Use column V, the supplier comment column, to inform us of any changes required. 20

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) • What do you mean by Guaranteed Re-distributors shelf life? • That is how much time the supplier guarantee’s Sysco that the product can sit on the shelf until distributed. This is usually 80% of the manufacturing total shelf life. • For non-food items, how is the minimum / maximum recommended storage temperature recorded? • We ask that the ambient temperature of 55 degrees minimum and 95 degrees maximum be entered in columns P and Q. 21
