McLennan County Commissioners CourtJustice Precinct Redistricting Study • The Commissioners Court is considering reducing the number of Justice Precincts and/or changing their boundaries. • The purpose of these hearings is receive public comment concerning the Court’s ongoing study of the Justice Precincts. • The maps presented at these hearings are only discussion models produced as part of this study and have not been voted on. • The Commissioners Court will take no action, either to reduce the number of Justice Precincts or to change their boundaries, until these hearings have concluded and public comments have been considered.

What would change with each Model G&M Model A compared to existing precincts • Justice Pcts. 2 and 3 would be combined; Justice Pcts. 4 and 5 would be combined; • Election Pcts. 8, 28, 35 and 49 would move from Pct.1 to Pct. 8 and Elec. Pct. 64 moved from Pct. 3 to Pct. 7 Gibson Model A • Justice Pcts. 4 and 5 would be combined; Election Pcts. 8, 28, 35 and 49 would move from Pct.1 to Pct. 8; Part of Election Pcts. 16 and 60 (Central Texas Market Place and Hillcrest Hospital area) would move from Justice Pct. 1 to 8 and Elec. Pct. 64 moved from Pct. 3 to Pct. 7 Jones Model 2.1 • Justice Pcts. 4 and 5 would be combined; Election Pcts.8, 28, 35 and 49 would move from Pct.1 to Pct. 8; Election Pcts. 69 and 70 would move from Justice Pct. 2 to Pct. 3; Election Pcts. 71 (Mart), 72, 73, and 92 would move from Justice Pct. 2 to Pct 7; and Elec.
