  2. HIV Profylakse • Blodkomponenter: Patient info-samtykke • Bloddonorselektion/HIV test(p24 antigen; anti-HIV 1 og 2; NAT for HIV 1 individuel) • HIV screening bloddonorer Danmark: • 2004/3 2005/0 2006/3 2007/2 • Blandt patienter i Danmark: > 300 nye HIV tilfælde i 2007 (se EPI nyt uge 44 2008)

HIV Profylakse Blodderivat • Donorplasma baseret blodderivat Eksempel • Anti-D Immunglobulin Rhophylac • Bloddonorer selekterede og testede • Fremstilling ved ion-exchange kromatografi • Virusinaktivering: solvens-detergens (S/D) • tri-n-butyl fosfate / Triton(HBV,HCV,HIV) • nanofiltration(15 nm virusfilter)

  4. HIV virusinaktivering • Rhophylac (anti-D immunglobulin præp.) • Overall reduction i log 10 units: > 16 • (S/D > 6; kromatografi 4,5; nanofiltr > 6 ) • Tillige dokumentation for inaktivering af andre virus( enveloped /non-enveloped). • BLODDERIVATER:ulempe POOLING • fordel: kemisk og fysisk Virusinaktivering
