  1. Talent Frameworks Now in multiple languages!

  2. Hello, Guten Tag, Hola, Konnichiwa • IBM has officially launched the first multi-language versions of our IBM Talent Frameworks in German, Latin American Spanish and Japanese. The content helps global businesses in several industries and is available today! • For global organizations, ensuring a common and consistent understanding of skills required to succeed and knowing what great looks like becomes more critical than ever. It’s important that the talent blueprint within an organization be provided in multi-languages for the global workforce. This launch allows a greater global presence for our Talent Frameworks solution. • Now that we’ve launched our initial set of languages, be sure to include the Talent Frameworks solution in all opportunities within these specific industries that have a multiple language workforce. Follow this link to see how the IBM Talent Frameworks will help improve their employee experiences, increase engagement, and uncover critical skills and talent data within their workforce: www.ibm.com/KenexaTF

  3. Initial Release

  4. FAQs • How were these initial release languages identified? • The Offering Management Team conducted market research alongside Sales to prioritize the initial release of languages by framework. • How do I order translated Talent Frameworks? • Use the existing content part numbers that exist today in SQO. For example if a client purchases General Corporate Function (GCF) in German, you would use the GCF part number. Please use the “Specific Job Function(s) or Job Titles ordered”fieldto include language information in the order submission. • What if a client wants to purchase a Framework library in multiple languages? • At this time, we have one part number per library. We will need to use the part number that’s reflective of the employee population. For example if a client purchases the Information Technology (IT) Framework, the cost would be reflective of the entire population of IT. There are 2,000 that speak German and 10,000 speak English within the IT group. The total cost for both the German and English IT Frameworks would be for the tier ‘up to 24,999’ within SQO. • What other competitors have their competency frameworks in multiple-languages? • HRSG, Korn Ferry, DDI, and SkillSoft also offer competencies in multiple languages. However, we continue to differentiate in our job specific content. We offer the broadest and deepest job role libraries than any of our competitors – and now we have it translated! • What if my client wants to order a framework that has not been translated? • Please provide detailed prospect information to your business partner representative to pass on to the Talent Frameworks Offering Team. The Offering Management Team will use this information to track market interest for prioritizing the next release of languages and frameworks.
