  10. Genre: Expository Text Expository text provides information about people, places, animals, and other things in the real world. Expository texts are often organized around main ideas. The author helps us to understand the main ideas more clearly by using supporting details.

Exercising for about 30 minutes gets the blood pumping and helps make the heart and lungs strong. Our muscles get tight and sore and weak if we don’t exercise, the healthier you get and the happier you feel.
