  2. LCF Assessment - DGsDevelopment Grant1. Apply for this as part of your EOI by 31/3/172. If you have had CBO/Big Potential or other development funding you won’t be eligible for a DG3. Complete a declaration form sent to you with EOI decision (end Apr)4. Typical DG planned to be £30k and was around £30k for call out 15. Further conversation with commissioners if needed6. Decision – four weeks after submission of declaration form (mid-June)7. Post award you need to contract specialist support ideally through competitive dialogue (mid-July)8. Full application – 31/10/17 so DGs will be for around 3 months

  3. LCF DG grant management1. Additional terms may apply if you do not quite meet criteria2. 3 indicators – commissioner engagement, feasibility, learning3. Mid point – phone call review after 2 months4. End of grant – completion form and 2 page indicator report5. Must complete all feasibility work before full award (31/10)

  4. Resources & Support NetworksLCF:1. A dedicated funding officer in the LCF assessment team2. DCMS (OCS) Centre for SIBs publications and guidance3. GOLab – LCF evaluation – events and publications4. LCF Development grant funding5. Peer Learning form Innovation Fund/YEF/FCF grants via investors/DCMS6. Peer Learning from CBO grants via Big Lottery Fund7. LCF Support contracts – additional support to engage commissioners8. Directories of intermediary consultancies and investment fundsOther:1. Commissioner, local community, national, regional service specific networks2. Big Society Capital – good finance3. Research and updates from intermediary consultancies and investment funds
