Grand LandingsDevelopment Agreement • No changes in proposed entitlements • 749 dwelling units (single-family attached and detached) • 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial uses • Language in the development agreement amended to make references to City’s Land Development Code rather than the Flagler County Code. • Other amendments in the Development Agreement include: • Creating Exhibit “C” - Table of uses for the Non-residential area, • Clarify that silvicultural activities may continue on subject property, • Cooperation between City and community on education to reduce potential of nuisance occurrences of Black Bears, • Inclusion of wildfire mitigation activities, and • Donation of right-of-way for potential extension of Citation Blvd.
