  6. BODY • Message of the letter • Starts at left margin • Double space below Salutation • Single space the body • Double space between the paragraphs

  7. CLOSING • Formal closing of the letter • Starts at centre point of page – 4.25” • Double space below the Body • Ends with a coma

  8. WRITER’S NAME AND TITLE • Starts at centre point of page – 4.25” • Quadruple space below Closing for writer’s signature • If writer’s titleis short, key the title after the name • If writer’s titleis long, key the title on fourth line
